Will you place ads on my site?
We will NOT place ads on your site.
How can I check how much bandwidth and disk space did I used?
Disk space or bandwidth consumption checking is not important for you, because with Unlimited Plan you get absolutely unlimited disk space and bandwidth. If you need to do it you can check your disk space consumption by checking the left column of your cPanel.

I am computer newbie. Will I still manage to setup my website here?
Yes, because we provide a great service which is ready for use even for newbies.
Check our control panel - it is easier to use than any other control panel in the industry - you can set up an email account in just one click of the mouse.

Are there any long time contracts?
Our offer is risk free. Unlike with most companies, you don't need to pay for 12 months (or even more). For example, you can choose to be billed every 30 days and cancel anytime.

Can you host international domain names such as .co.uk, .de, etc.
No problem! We can host any domains with any extensions, including all international domains.
How do I point my existing domain to your nameservers?
To point your domain to our services you need to visit your domain registrar (where you registered the domain) and change the name servers associated with your domain to our name servers and also remove any existing name servers that may be associated with your domain. This is a common process at all domain registrars as it is required anytime anyone changes their website host. For specific help on changing the name servers at your domain registrar, go to their site, login and go to the help section. Search for 'changing name servers' or 'changing DNS servers'.
Our nameservers can be found by logging on to our members area, and navigating to 'View Account Details'. After you have updated the nameservers of your domain, it will start pointing to our server in 24 - 48 hours.
Can I edit MX, CNAME, A records of my domain?
You can change MX records for your domain by navigating to cPanel -> MX Entry. To be able to create or modify any other DNS records such as CNAME or A record you need to contact our Help Desk and we will setup any DNS entries for you.
How do I upload my website?
Use the FTP client or File Manager from the Control Panel to upload your files. All files must be uploaded to public_html directory.
Also, there must be a file named index.html or index.php inside the public_html directory for the site to work properly.
Do you have any file size or file type limits?
No, we do not have any file size limits. You can also upload any files with any extensions.
However, there is one thing you should know - all files you store on your account must be legal. For example, you cannot upload music that is copyrighted. Only music that you have permission to distribute or music that you have created yourself can be uploaded to your account. You cannot upload any copyrighted photos or videos either, only your own material.
Do you accept international customers?
Yes, we accept all international customers. You can register from any country.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB).
SSL certificates: do you support SSL?
Yes we support SSL. Your website and your scripts can operate on SSL mode (for example Curl SSL is enabled for PHP).
Can I host mp3 files or movies here?
Yes, you can host MP3 files and Videos on our servers, but you must own all files you store here or you must have full permission to distribute them. We do not allow any copyrighted files to be uploaded here.
What is your average support response time?
Most questions are answered in less than 1 hour and resolution is given in 4 hours. We have dedicated staff working 24 hours per day.
Do you support remote MySQL connections?
Yes, remote MySQL connections are enabled.
If you are trying to connect to MySQL from a remote location (e.g. from your computer), use your hosting account IP address as the MySQL host in your PHP scripts. Your server IP address can by found on the left hand column when you login to cPanel. Do not forget to add your computer IP address to 'cPanel' -> 'Remote MySQL' section.
Do you support Zend or Ioncube?
Yes, Zend Optimizer and Ioncube are enabled on our servers.
Can you increase PHP and MySQL resource limits, enable some functions?
Yes, we can install various modules for PHP, enable most PHP functions and, in some cases, modify the default PHP configuration file to mach your website needs. Moreover, you can set and modify most PHP settings yourself by using php_flags in .htaccess file.
If you require any PHP module installed or function enabled just contact or Help Desk and we will consider your request.
Can I have custom error pages?
Yes, you can set up your own custom error pages by using .htaccess file or navigating to your cPanel and clicking on 'Error Pages'. This will give you access to the easy to our use custom error pages creator.
How do I install Guestbooks, Forums, Blogs?
We have a collection of scripts that are already pre-installed on your hosting account. Some of these scripts include: B2Evolution, WordPress, phpBB, Joomla, phpWebsite, SMF (over 50 scripts are available!). These scripts are ready to be auto-installed in 1 click!
